Welcome to Tallassee City Schools' Federal Programs Section
The division of Federal Programs encompasses a range of programs financed through the "No Child Left Behind Act of 2001". These programs provide services to help schools effectively develop, implement and evaluate their plans for the academic success of all children.
The following program components are coordinated to support and provide services under the No Child Left Behind Act:
Title I - Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged, ELLs and Immigrant Students
Title II - Preparing, Training, and Recruiting High Quality Teachers and Principals
