Title X-Homeless Education

Reauthorized in 2001 as Title X, Part C of No Child Left Behind, the McKinney-Vento program is designed to address the problems that homeless children and youth have faced in enrolling, attending, and succeeding in school.

  • Support for academic success
  • Child-centered, best interest decision  making
