Seniors
MAX4Kids Scholarship
Due Date: February 1, 2024
Applicants must have their own MAX account by November 1, 2024, to be eligible.
The MAX4Kids scholarship program will award seven students with a $5000.00 scholarship to support their higher education in Alabama

Elmore County Republican Executive Committee (ECREC)
Due Date: January 23rd
For high school graduates of the school year 2023-24, three scholarships will be awarded: one $1,000 scholarship, one $500 scholarship, and one $250 scholarship.
Tallassee High School Alumni Association Scholarship Application
Due Date: March 14th
A scholarship will be granted to currently enrolled seniors at Tallassee High School.
A $1,000.00 scholarship will be awarded to a four-year college or university student.
A $500.00 scholarship to a student enrolling in a two-year college or technical school.
A $2,000.00 scholarship, the Lacey Brewer Memorial Scholarship, sponsored by Neptune Technology Group, Inc. will also be awarded.
By applying for either the $1,000.00 scholarship or the $500.00 scholarship, you will automatically be considered for the $2,000.00 scholarship.
Should the student receiving the $1,000.00 scholarship decide to attend a two-year school, the scholarship will be awarded to the runner-up. Should the student receiving the $500.00 scholarship decide to attend a four-year college, the scholarship will be awarded to the runner-up.
The following application will be used considering the three scholarships listed above.

A $500.00 scholarship will be awarded to a THS senior who plans to major in history or history education or a related field such as anthropology or art history.

The "Arnold B. and Joanne B. Dopson Scholarship" is administered by The Alabama-West Florida United Methodist Foundation and is available to students graduating from Tallassee High School. It is a $2.500 scholarship, potentially renewable for three additional years, for a total potential award of $10,000.
Elmore County Children's Home and Scholarship Organization, Inc.

The Elmore County Children's Home Scholarship shall award one $2,500 scholarship, one $1,000 scholarship, and one $500 scholarship to an applicant of any Elmore County, Alabama High School System.

Lake Martin Area Association of REALTORS® Scholarship
Due Date: April 1, 2024
The scholarship is open to all graduating seniors from high schools within our jurisdiction, including Tallapoosa, Coosa, and some of Elmore Counties, who plan on attending an accredited college, university, community college, technical school, or trade school. For the 2024 year, 7 scholarships will be awarded at each of the area high schools in the amount of $1,000 each.

Tallassee Lions Club
Due Date: April 14th
This scholarship is funded through the Tallassee Lions Club to recognize students who have improved their academic achievements over the past four years. It also recognizes those students who have developed significant work experience and/or are involved in volunteer community activities. This scholarship is available for any 2-year or 4-year college or technical program and will be payable to the student's college or university financial aid office. A student identification number and financial aid office address must be provided to the Lions Club. This scholarship is for only the first year of school and is not renewable. The Lions Club will award three of these $1,000.00 scholarships each year.
Mary Atherton Scholarship
This is a $2,500 scholarship, renewed annually for a total of four years. The scholarship may be used for college education expenses related to room, board, or tuition. This scholarship recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and may be used for Fall, Spring, and/or Summer terms.

Scholarships will be granted to high school seniors currently enrolled at one of the following schools: Reeltown High School or Tallassee High School.
Key Club must be in good standing with Kiwanis International
Must be a current member of the Key Club
Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, ability and motivation to compete on a collegiate level
Complete at least 20 service hours.
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong educational motivation and group leadership skills through their activities in school, church, youth groups, community volunteer effort, and/or work experience.

The scholarship is open to undergraduate women in Alabama's higher education institutions. It is offered by the Linly Heflin Unit, a nonprofit, Alabama-based organization that started as a women’s service association in 1919. Since 1923, it has focused on furthering the education of young women.
