A Word from the Deputy Superintendent
Happy New Year! With a new year comes visioning and goal setting. A new start to making decisions about what you will accomplish this year. I challenge each of you to express your academic and extracurricular SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Bound) goals for this year. Take a moment to talk with your parents, write, text, sing, record, etc. the most important things you want to accomplish. Push yourself to achieve more than you did last year.
It is my hope, that each of you will reach the goals you set. I encourage you to take every opportunity to ask for help, use resources provided by your parents and teachers, collaborate regularly with your peers, and simply enjoy learning.
