Last night TES hosted a parent engagement night for 2nd-4th grade parents to discuss the ACAP Summative assessment and the Alabama Literacy Act. Learning, Kahoot, & book fair shopping made for a great evening with our TES Family!
Mrs. Wright is a recipient of the WSFA Class Act Award. She has served 4 years with Tallassee City Schools. Her dedication shows through her students' desire for learning. Congratulations, Mrs. Wright on receiving this prestigious award!

It's been a great week at TES! ARI Reading instructional conversations with Mrs. Pescia, Spencer Spotlights, and Math Fact Celebrations have all filled our week with joy!
Just a reminder for all about our TES Family Engagement Night this Thursday for 2nd-4th grade parents! We will go over ACAP Summative information and the book fair will be open for shopping!

We are proud to announce our Rowers of the Week: Mrs. Lori & Mrs. Miriah! Their colleagues voted them for their constant willingness to keep ROWING no matter what! They are both incredible with our students, and TES is proud to have the two of them on our team!

TES will hold its annual book fair next week! Parents will be able to shop with their students during their PE time. We look forward to another great week at TES!


Mrs. Mason's students are working on the engineering design process and Mrs. Glasscock's students are using reasoning and critical thinking skills at TES this week! We love to see our students thinking critically!
Rowers of the Week at TES are our incredible Media Specialist, Mrs. Pugh and her awesome Media Assistant, Mrs. Mann! They organized an amazing Read Across America event last week, and our staff wanted them to be recognized for all their hard work in building readers at TES!

Mrs. Mason's 4th grade class learned today with a new competitive, interactive tool called Blooket! It was a great challenge for our students! We love to see our students thinking critically!

The TES "TwosDay" celebration was "TWO" great today! Incredible learning & fun was had by all! We even had 2 tacos for lunch! Writing activities, time capsules, and more were planned by our awesome TES Faculty & Staff! The students had a blast, and today was great success!
