Tallassee City Schools is proud to congratulate Margaret Ward for being nominated for Vance Law Firm’s Pay It Forward Award.
According to Vance Law Firm, Pay It Forward is a “community initiative that allows individuals to nominate people to receive $333 and some much-deserved praise for making positive contributions to our community”.
Margaret Ward dedicated 46 years of service driving the school bus for Tallassee City Schools. She has transported hundreds of students safely to and from their homes and the schools. Vance Law Firm states that Mrs. Ward is one of Tallassee’s “Unsung Heroes” for her service, and TCS believes many former students and parents would agree with that. We are proud of Margaret Ward!

The U.S Department of Agriculture requires school districts participating in the National School Lunch Program to conduct a triennial assessment of our Wellness Program. The wellness program is intended to support the kind of environment where kids can learn, grow, and be healthy. Your input is needed in developing the final update to our program for our district.
