Our 7th & 8th grade SMS Band members provided a mini concert for TES 3rd & 4th grade students this morning! Our students represented SMS very well, & we look forward to continuing the growth of this program! Check out the SMS Band's upcoming concert at the TPAC on 5/9 @ 6:30 p.m.
Max Credit Union-Sidekick Financial covered a savings unit about "Expecting the Unexpected" with our SMS 6th-8th grade students in enrichment this week! Our students gained valuable knowledge about why saving is so important! Thank you, Mrs. Parker for providing the lessons!

Before testing, all 423 SMS students had Individual meetings with Mrs. Sullen, Coach O'Rear, & Mrs. Spencer to put the icing on the cake for SMS ACAP preparations. We discussed last year's scores, practice test scores, & made goals for the 2024 test! PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION!
SMS would like to thank our amazing PTO for providing snacks each day for ACAP Testing! Our students have enjoyed them so much, & we are very appreciative of your support!
