Last Thursday, students at TCS had the chance to enjoy fresh, Alabama-grown strawberries, our featured Harvest of the Month for April. We’re thrilled to continue offering these delicious strawberries to our students for the rest of the school year. A heartfelt thank you goes to Joshua and Julia Jones from Lawley, AL, for supplying this locally grown produce to our students.

THS choir directors and students at All State Choir. The All-State Choir Festival is an opportunity for students with outstanding ability to sing under the direction of nationally recognized clinicians. This culminates in a professionally recorded concert. Congratulations to our students for this honor!

THS WRESTLING WINS BIG!!!
Coach John Mask noted, “Four years without a regular season loss!
I am amazed when I stop and reflect on the journey and growth of each wrestler that has put on the purple and gold singlet this year.
The Tallassee wrestling team just finished one of the best wrestling seasons in Alabama wrestling history! We wrestled teams from six different states and teams from every classification in Alabama.
Words can’t describe or express my love for each one of these young men. They have poured so much time into becoming better wrestlers on and off the mat. This is something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Every wrestler this year worked so incredibly hard to achieve this goal of ours. It’s a dream come true and it’s something I will never ever forget. Tallassee is so blessed to have had each one of these men to represent this city and school. What great energy and effort went into this dream of ours. EVERY TALLASSEE WRESTLER is to be commended and celebrated. I love them so much and I appreciate them and their efforts
Having five state champions is also a feat that is unheard of in this very physical sport.
Most coaches and teams dream of having one finalist every few years. We are so blessed to have the amazing wrestlers in our wonderful high school.”
