A social media post was made concerning our school district. TPD has been notified. Our schools are currently in a state of Heightened Awareness. We do have extra police presence on our campuses. At this time all campuses are secure. Students and staff are safe.
TCS will update you at the appropriate time.
Weather Update: Gov. Ivey has declared a state of emergency for Elmore and Tallapoosa Counties. Due to this, TCS will have the day off with no work or assignments.
Weather: Parents, TCS is monitoring the weather forecast. There are no changes to our weekly schedule at this time. The Elmore County EMA will do a weather briefing tomorrow mid-morning. If changes to the school schedule are needed, you'll be notified promptly.
